Subculture is a DTC company that needed a brand that didn’t just live online, but was a natural extension of it. Their three core brand symbols are reminiscent of online artefacts yet bring to life a sense of adventure beyond the screen.
X marks the spot.
No treasure maps and pirate ships needed.
A mouse cursor, a plane, a chance to play.
Arrows to nowhere.
A true adventure doesn’t have an ending.
A Culture Club.
Subculture needed a head office that energised a team who dreamed of what sat beyond the office. From location themed meeting rooms and a world trade kitchen, employees didn’t have to wait until their holidays to get inspired.
Anything But Stationary.
The team also needed branded stationary and business cards. Designed to double as postcards, they shared Subculture’s message to shareholders and investors.
